Miniature Painters cannot be held accountable should the the aforementioned “confirmation e-mail” not reach its destination, nor will we be liable for any inaccuracies in the customer’s e-mail or issues dealing with servers/ISP providers keeping the confirmation e-mail for reaching its destination inbox or being redirected into spam/junk folders. Once a product has been confirmed the customer waives their right to disapprove the services rendered. A customer who has not rejected or responded to a “confirmation e-mail” within 48 hours is assumed to approve the contents of the confirmation e-mail and waives their right to do so, therefore product(s)/commission/miniature(s)/project is considered “approved.” Any product that has been disapproved must be provided with clear reasons for its rejection so that they may be rectified and sent for re-approval at a later date, in the near future. Failure to provide such reasons (within 48hours of initial disapproval response) will automatically revert the miniature(s) status to approved. Miniatures cannot be rejected for assembly, colours scheme and or quality if explicit instructions were not provided at the time of purchase or prior to services commencing.

Miniature Painters reserves the right to not agree to make changes that were not originally provided at the time of purchase.

Service Qualities and their Definitions
Products will be painted in accordance to the quality selected by the customer and paid for at the time of purchase. Here are the descriptions/definitions of each quality provided by the Miniature Painters painting service, by agreeing to these terms and conditions customers agree to these definitions:
All painting services of products include the removal of flash/mould lines, assembly, priming and basing, the aforementioned services will be in accordance with the selected grade of painting quality, e.g. a platinum quality product will be assembled in a superior manner compared to a lead product.
LEAD, is a basic paint job, which utilizes a simple colour palette in conjunction with basic painting techniques such as: base coating, shading and dry brushing. Lead quality looks good from across the table and is recommended for small, core type troops to be painted in dark colours. Please note that lead quality does not match well with the remaining, higher qualities.
BRONZE quality offers all the features of lead quality but improved, with an expanded colour palette, better removal of mould lines and highlighting, all to achieve a clean, more vibrant result. Bronze quality looks great at arms length and is recommended for all man sized, core troop type products.
SILVER, is our most popular quality and the perfect balance between quality and price, it offers all the value of bronze quality with some major upgrades. There is a much wider palette that is used giving colours a much smoother transition, advanced painting techniques such as edging and even blending, these figures are very clean. Character figures may include simple freehand designs and effects such as weathering or blood. All of this contributing to beautiful looking figures even up close. Silver quality is recommended for all products, in particular special and elite units as well as war machines and vehicles.
GOLD, is where your miniatures come to life, we use the most advanced painting techniques and tools such as blending, air brushes and green stuff, hence why gold quality is superior to silver in all respects, layers, palette, free hand work, cleaning etc… all to achieve gorgeous looking miniatures no matter how close you look. This quality it typically reserved for characters and monsters all of which are painted by our master painters.
PLATINUM quality is our masterclass quality miniature art, all the features of gold quality and then some. Virtually invisible transitions, you can have hand painted tattoos, makeup, effects, gap filling, scenic bases, customizations and more. Platinum quality is recommended for army generals, large monsters and any figure that you would like as a display piece.

Note
Customer input is paramount to us with regards to quality and customer satisfaction, we aim to please, however Miniature Painters reserves the right to most accurately judge if a product has been painted to the appropriate quality, given our expertise.
